Founded in 2019, VENIER Technology is a company dedicated to battery manufacturing. Located in the core area of the Pearl River Delta Greater Bay Area, it has core team members from new energy industry giants with many years of rich industry experience. Various specifications of lithium batteries and battery packs can be customized according to customers’ different uses, products and other characteristics.

ARE YOUR CELLS AUTHENTIC?
Yes. Our warranty unconditionally guarantees all cells as 100% authentic. You get a 21-day full refund period to verify your cell’s authenticity. When you buy from VENIER, you know that you are buying safe, authentic products.
VENIER is committed to providing you with the best quality authentic products at the most competitive prices. All of our batteries come from registered factories or distributors and are accompanied by authentic documents from the respective manufacturers.
When inspecting, we carefully check the battery date code, serial number, original packaging and performance to strictly conform to the original rating set by the manufacturer. If you have already made a purchase but are not confident in its authenticity or performance, please contact us and our experts are on hand to listen to your concerns and act quickly if necessary.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU GET A SAMPLE TO ME?
Typically, custom battery pack samples will reach your door in 2–3 weeks. In urgent cases, this time can be expedited.
The fastest sample battery packs can be assembled and tested in 3–5 business days — however more complicated battery packs (like those requiring a custom case or PCB) may entail up to a three week lead production time.
The fastest and most reliable shipping methods for lithium-ion batteries via FedEx, UPS, or DHL typically take 5–7 days to North America, 4–6 days to Europe, and 2–4 days inside Asia.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP?
Most orders reach our customers in 1–3 weeks. We obtain the lowest shipping rates possible with our established relationships with freight forwarders and carriers.
Lead and processing times are dependent on the type and quantity of goods. Likewise, shipping costs vary widely based on quantity, type, destination, and current market rates and regulations. For accurate time and cost estimates please inquire directly with a VENIER sales representative.
Most loose cells ship 2–3 days after purchase, while custom battery packs may take 2–3 weeks before shipping. Custom molds and PCBs may take 10–15 days to produce. Manufacture-to-order cylindrical cells in quantities above 10,000 units may take 8–10 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule.
Shipping by sea for orders above ~150kg averages 3–5 weeks and is significantly less expensive than air freight.
IS MY PRODUCT GUARANTEED WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, all cells and battery packs, as well as most other component products are covered by our replacement warranty.
Our Warranty and Returns Policy covers all manufacturer defects in both workmanship and material. It also guarantees all of our products as authentic and that they match original performance ratings. In nearly all cases, if a problem is discovered we will ship replacements for free within the warranty period.
Loose cells typically have a thirty (30) day free replacement warranty, while battery packs may have a six (6) month to one or more (1+) year(s) free replacement warranty. Because of the variable character of custom battery packs and their applications, the warranty period may be determined on a per-product basis.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ (Minimum order quantity) for sample orders.
However, for cylindrical loose cells, we encourage buying a minimum of 50 cells to offset flat rate shipping costs. Made-to-order lithium polymer cells, some circuit boards, and certain other products may have an MOQ of 5000 units.
We understand the dilemma of scale that consumer device, electric vehicle, and energy storage manufacturing and design firms face. Ramping up production in excess of >$20k USD to gain the advantages of sourcing from a large Chinese factory can take more than a year. Smaller production runs are necessary before higher production runs are reached. This is why we do not have any minimums for custom battery packs, however, we reserve the right to reject orders from businesses who are too early in their business plan to warrant our investment into the design and engineering of custom lithium-ion battery packs.
WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
All of our production facilities are ISO:9001 certified. We have obtained BIS, UL, CE, ROHS, UN/DOT 38.3, and others.
Certifications are generally geographically dependent. We can produce most mandatory or voluntary certifications for battery packs or cells on your behalf. Or we can provide the necessary sample products, testing reports and supplementary files for you to file for certification yourself.
The most common certifications are—for Asia (CQC, TISI, KC, BSMI, C-TICK, BIS, PSE), for North America (UL, ETL, FCC, CSA), for Europe (UkrSEPRO, GOST-R), and others include (CB, EAC, and UN 38.3).
DO YOU SIGN NDAS? IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?
Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
We can also sign a more comprehensive non-use, non-disclosure, non-circumvention (NNN) agreement at your discretion. As a US company incorporated in Chicago, Illinois, you can feel safe knowing your privacy agreement is enforceable.
